Member Standards and Accountability

The RCNI has developed a Quality Assurance Framework with associated Quality Assurance Standards. RCNI member RCCs have signed up to the Framework and Standards as part of the RCNI Membership Criteria. These Standards reflect survivor-centred and trauma-based best practice and were designed utilising RCC experience and expertise, national standards and international standards. The areas covered include governance, direct service provision and social change work. These are now the standards to which RCCs can be held accountable.
